Furthermore, don't forget that the design you choose is only the starting point. We add your pictures, your company logo and your company information which changes the look of the site and makes it uniquely yours.
Can I buy exclusive rights to a design if I don't want anyone else to use it?
Absolutely. Every design we offer can be purchased at an exclusive price which means it will be removed from the gallery of web designs and not sold to any additional customers. The cost of an exclusive design varies depending on the complexity of the web design. If you are interested in exclusive rights to your design, let us know and we can provide you with the price.
Why are your prices so low? I know people who have paid thousands for a site and it's not even that good.

Is there any return policy?
All our websites are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have up until your site draft has been designed and approved by you to request a refund. Partial refunds may be given after the approval of the site draft prior to going live on a case by case basis. I would like to purchase a pre-designed site I saw earlier, but the design is not available anymore.
The design has most likely been sold out for an exclusive price. Look for similar designs in our collection! Contact us for pricing if you would like exclusive rights to the design you select.
Can I do updates myself?
If you have some experience with HTML, then you can certainly do your own updating, providing own the necessary programming. If you don't have HTML experience but would like to be able to do your own updating, we will build your website on a different platform that allows you to login with a username and password and make changes. If you are an ardent do-it-your-selfer, than our staff will be happy to assist you in getting set-up.
If I use a template, can you change the pictures on the site and put my own pictures instead?
Absolutely. We will take your pictures, customize them to suit your site design and post them on the pages you request. With your photos on the site, it helps to truly brand the site as your own.
Can you change the buttons on the pre-designed site?
Yes. We will customize the names of the buttons to match the pages you would like to have on your site. If you require buttons in addition to the ones included on the pre-designed site you have chosen, there will be an extra charge.
I really like the site design, but it is the wrong color for our company.
This is not a problem. We are happy to customize the colors of the site design you choose. There is an additional cost for this service.
Does your email service have anti-virus and anti-spam?
Yes. Our mail servers include both anti-spam and anti-virus protection. We still recommend that you run virus protection software on your computer to protect yourself from other avenues of attack.
What info do you need from me after I have purchased my site?
Our staff will contact you with suggestions to the information you should have on your site. A few suggestions are:
